Change of plans
After today's classes, we were planning to have a cooking class in a txoko, or Basque gastronomic society. The chef, our teacher to be, called in sick. We will reschedule for Monday, after an introductory Basque language class. The video below is from yesterday's soccer class that did not want to load yesterday.

¡San Sebastian!
We have arrived at the world's most beautiful city! After meeting the families last night at the train station, the boys went home to dine and get to know their new parents. We met up today at the school so they can each learn the route, and then, after a long walk along the coast, proceeded to celebrate the 4th of July with an all-you can-eat Asian buffet and a showing of Finding Dory. Then it was back with the program with a pintxo (see link) tour of the old town (Parte Vieja) of the city. Of note is the famous Gilda, which is the most classic of all San Sebastian pintxos. It was named after a 1946 movie starring Rita Hayworth.
