Gastronomy

After classes today, we headed to Voraz, our friend's new restaurant in Remedios.  Juan has a very successful group of restaurants called Azotea, and we have had him show the boys Spanish gastronomy before he became big time.  Tonight we had a class on pairing wine with food from one of the top sommeliers in Spain.
