Government, cheeses, paella, horchata and magic

We had a full day, as the title suggests.  We started with a great talk about Spanish government with a law professor at the University of Valencia.  We then had an artisanal cheese talk at a stand in the market.  Then it was off to the beach for 2 of the more exotic paellas, on with black rice, the other with noodles instead of rice.
