The boys had the pleasure of passing the day at a cortijo, or Andalusian ranch. This one raises bulls for the bullring. The boys toured the fields to see the bulls and had a lesson from two bullfighters about the tradition and the lifestyle. The ranch cook also showed how gazpacho was made in the traditional, non-blender method.
