We headed for the beach for a great, Sunday paella lunch. We had the traditional Valenciano, with chicken, rabbit, snails and green beans. We also had the Arroz Negro, with squid and squid ink. For stsrters the boys got to try a mariscada (plate full of shellfish,) clochinas (local mussel,) chipirones (baby squid,) and razor clams.
