Yesterday the boys hit Calpe beach where there is a huge monolith that our group always enjoy climbing every year. Today we had a step by step paella class from Jordi, who had given us a market tour and Spanish produce tasting last week. Yesterday, he and his restaurant won the best restaurant in Valencia award. Our program had already known this years before.
