Central Market

The boys had a class with a law professor who explained current Spanish politics and relations.  We had a fun tour of Europe's best food market by a chef and then we ate a great meal at her restaurant.  The boys had some free time to explore the city before we headed out to Bodega Casa Montaña, a high quality tapa restaurant.

Valencia

After saying goodbye to our Sevilla friends and host parents, we arrived to Valencia after taking a couple of high speed trains.  We checked in to our hotel and then I took the boys on a walk through the city center and bought them some ice cream at a historic spot by the cathedral.

Ham and caving in Aracena

We visited on of the best ham centers in Spain.  Aracena produces some of the world's most appreciated ham and the boys got to visit a producer and see the pigs and curing process.  Aracena also has a stunning cave full of minerals, though taking pictures is not allowed.

Vejer and Trafalgar

We visited one the the beautiful Pueblos Blancos of Andalucia.  Vejer is built on a cliff and has great views.  We had a steak lunch at La Castilleria and then headed to Trafalgar, site of a British victory over Spain and France.
