4th of July, international style

We had our class in the Central Market with a well known chef Jordi Morera.  He took us around the market and discussed it's produce and how to pick out the freshest.  We then went to his restaurant and tasted a variety of olives, olive oils, hams and cheeses.  We were then served a huge luch which consisted of a tray of appetizers and then two beautiful paellas, one of which was noodle instead of rice.
























To celebrate independence day we went to a mall, played lasertag and bowling, and ate at an all you can eat Asian buffet.
