Jordi Morera


































As he does every year, Chef Jordi of Carosel gave us a fascinating tour of the Central Market.  He is easily on of Valencia's best chef and his restaurant is across the street from the market.  He has close ties with many vendors.  At each one, he showed us their products and how to select the best quality fish, fruit and vegetables.  We then had samples of different types of olives, olive oils, ham and anchovies.  He then prepared a great meal full of a appetizers and paella.
