Segovia

We had a fantastic day trip to Segovia where the boys truly enjoyed getting out of the big city and feeling a more local culture.  Segovia has the beautiful aqueduct, cathedral and Alcazar.  After climbing the Alcazar tower we had the local specialties at the classic Meson del Candido, highlighted by the cochinillo asado, roasted suckling pig.  Back in Madrid, we hit the amazing Prado Museum, sampled the world's best ham at Mercado San Miguel, and watched the Spaniards lose badly in their defense of the World Cup championship.
Headed to Madrid; Atocha train station

Happy Dutch fans
