Cheese, Calatrava, paella and beach

We visited our friend in the market who specializes in artisanal cheeses and always gives us a great explanation of the quality difference in small production cheese and industrial cheese.  We then headed to the Arts and Science area of Valencia.  It is a city within a city designed mostly by Calatrava, the famous architect who is from Valencia.  We then had paella at the esteemed L'Estimat followed by beach time.
