Guitarra española and Gastronomía

Today we had a flamenco and classical Spanish guitarist come to class to explain the music, how it is played, and gave us a great concert.  We then headed to what many people in the know consider Sevilla's best tapas restaurant for a gastronomy class.  We were given a private lesson on the 3 cold soups of Andalucia and the restaurant's modern take on then as sauces.  Gazpacho with pork, ajoblanco with scallops, and salmorejo (with seaweed substituting for tomatoes) with cod.  This was the first time we have had this class and it is certainly a keeper.
